Parking spaces are available free of charge at Am Katharinenholz. From this hotel the delightful surroundings are right on your doorstep. Go for a nice stroll or a long walk, as you so please. You can easily get to the centre of Potsdam by bus or tram, or even on foot. Here you will find sights such as Sanssouci Palace and Gardens, the Orangery Palace and the New Palace. Only very slightly further away are the Celicienhof Palace (where the Potsdam Conference was held in July/August 1945) or the Jungfernsee and Wannsee lakes where you can go for a swim.
Even Berlin is only a short distance away by car, bus or train, and the capital of Germany has so much to offer on a day-trip from Potsdam.
