This is a 5-room terraced house 300 m² on 3 levels, situated in an elevated position, 2.5 km from the sea and the beach, with a living/dining room, a kitchen, two bathrooms, a separate WC and four bedrooms, that can accommodate eight guests.
The house provides views of the countryside and the sea and has heating, a garden and a patio. Please note that the use of a car is essential, for reaching the property and that groups of teenagers are allowed on request only, since the neighbourhood is highly sensitive to noise, quietness and good behaviour expected.
Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 2 km, railway station El Masnou 1.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 400 m. Sports harbour 2.5 km. Nearby attractions include Isla Fantasia- Aquapark 5 km, Barcelona 20 km.
