La Hermida is 300 metres from the house and offers a small selection of shops, restaurants and bars. It also has thermal baths and a children’s play area.
The Picos de Europa National Park is around 15 km from Posada El Cafetín and several adventure activities are possible, such as rafting, canoeing, and quad biking. There are also many hiking routes.
Beaches at Pechón and San Vicente de la Barquera are 30 minutes’ drive away. Santander can be reached in an hour’s drive.
